Our infrastructure has been designed from the ground up with all HIPAA compliance safeguards in place. When you sign our Business Associate Agreement upon joining the Nuroverse, we will assume all liability for storing, transmitting and protecting all patient data, including Protected Health Information.
We currently do not integrate with existing EHRs but are actively working on a complete integration with all major EHRs.
Once your patients are added on your portal, they are sent an email invite to download the app. In the app, they will be prompted your request to sharing their data with you as a healthcare provider. Upon consent, their account is automatically linked to your portal and everything is set for real-time monitoring.
Absolutely. Once patients are onboarded on the app, they must consent to sharing data with you. At any point, they can revoke this access in their preferences, and conversely, you can disable between-session monitoring for any particular patient.
The app is very simple, to minimize friction. Apart from a few links to clinical resources to read up on several mental health topics, the only things they see are their journal and chat interface to text/talk to the therapy copilot.
Patients can view auto-generated accomplishments and day-to-day notes in their journal. Currently, they can't track progress the way you, as a clinician, can– with formal treatment goals, viewing progress and setbacks to these goals etc. They also can't message you in-between sessions. That being said, we are continually accepting feature requests from our customers through a dedicated messaging channel (See Support)
We support the following templates for clinical documentation: SOAP, BIRP, DAP, GIRP, SIRP, PIE, PIRP. If you have a preference that is not currently supported, (let us know) and we will add support for it.
